Burnham Beeches Hotel & Spa

My friend & I had an amazing experience at the hotel! I booked afternoon tea for my friends birthday and from the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The customer service from Ian & Harry was exceptionall, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The little touch of the candle in a cake and being sang "Happy Birthday " was a lovely surprise. I highly recommend the afternoon tea, great selection of tasty treats and will definitely be returning!"

Maybe maintain the lawned area / add some more lounging furniture and shaded areas

Nest room was way too small and no AC - we upgraded the room then was much better - I must say your reception staff was exceptional

Beautiful hotel, which offers air-conditioning. Great breakfast!!! We would definitely celebrate any special occasion here again. The staff really made us feel special!

We had a 3 night stay at the Burnham Beeches hotel, and we where not disappointed, the buildings and grounds are fantastic, all the staff were friendly and professional, we ate at the hotel the first night and the food and service was fantastic, also the breakfast was off good quality, our only problem was the WiFi in the rooms

The proximity to The Tudor Barn.

We booked two rooms that we thought were bed and breakfast. We checked in and were told we had room only! We had rooms 114 & 215. Both rooms were like ovens! A small fan was supplied in each room. The windows only opened at the bottom sash about 3 inches. It was really uncomfortable and as you can imagine led to lack of sleep. Both rooms were only accessible via stairs, no lifts to these rooms. Buffet breakfast. Lovely decor.

We had a wonderful stay at Burnham Beeches Spa. Ian on reception was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We both enjoyed a lovely massage, and the spa facilities were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. It was a great bonus being able to hire bikes and explore the surrounding area. Dinner in the evening was also excellent and rounded off a really enjoyable experience. We would happily return and recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings all staff were polite and friendly nothing too much trouble, had an amazing massage in the Spa , pool was a welcome as weather was very hot

A warm welcome and lovely room decorated for our anniversary! The front desk man was exceptional! We loved our stay.
