Hotel was clean, tidy and very chilled Staff were very good, Particularly Ali, the guy on reception, who greeted us and advised us where to go and just had loads of time to answer any questions

This was our second time enjoying the Enchanted overnight stay package with 2 massages, a three-course meal, and breakfast included — and once again, it was incredible value for money. The accommodation is lovely, with beautifully decorated rooms that have a modern country manor feel. We both had massages with Ginny, who truly has magic hands! We felt so relaxed afterwards that we ended up having a lovely afternoon snooze. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and very filling, and with the warm summer evening, we enjoyed a walk around the beautiful grounds afterwards. Being only 10 minutes from my mum’s home, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing staycation. We’re always welcomed with a smile by the lovely Ian, who is consistently friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I arranged an International reunion for our contact Rotary Clubs in Europe. This was for 5 days and the Hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff and the food was always well presented. If you are looking for an Hotel for an event I cannot praise it higher. Ivana Shepherd the events manager is well organised and everything went very smoothly for us. Many thanks

The grounds were lovely. The food was nice.

I was in an attic room complained twice no hot water and no heating. It was freezing. Was told I would be given the heater was not giving it. Automated check-in is terrible for a four-star hotel. It doesn’t even have a luggage trolley really disappointed and not value for money.
