Inn on Putney Road

Beautiful inn with charming grounds backing up to the river. There is a firepit and hammock overlooking the water. The rooms were clean with an historic feel. The breakfast was so delicious!

The road noise was a bit loud.

From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated like royalty. The owner Paul politely cared for our needs. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean. The whole house was wonderfully decorated with a warm and comforting feeling. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a B&B. We would recommend you stay here anytime.

The Inn was beautiful and the grounds were beautiful as well. There are multiple serine seating areas in the back yard that leads to a trail you can walk along. The Innkeeper Paul was so nice and he is an amazing chef! The breakfasts were delicious!! The Inn is within walking distance to downtown, which I really liked.

You do hear the traffic on the road when you stay in a front room. It was ok, but next time I would choose a room facing the yard in the back.

The house is absolutely beautiful and Paul's Breakfast...to die for! It was so delicious!!!

Our room was located in the front of the house so you can hear the traffic. However, don't let that discourage you, it wasn't an issue, Paul thought about that and we had earplugs right outside our room.

The staff were extraordinary. Friendly without being intrusive. Helpful with recommendations and insight. Gracious as hosts and lovely providers of a delicious breakfast. Stewards of a gorgeous and memorable property.

A beautifully presented and comfortable Inn. Everything has been carefully considered for an enjoyable stay. the other reviews are correct - the breakfast was fantastic! Paul was a wonderful host.

The inn was clean, warm and home feeling like. Paul the inn keeper/owner went above and beyond to make the stay amazing. The inn was extremely quiet and easy to get work done in.

We were greeted by the innkeeper and owner, Paul, who also checked in with us a couple of more times before we left the following day. The room was spacious and clean and inviting, and the inn was quiet. We were served complimentary snacks and drinks in our room, and an exceptional breakfast in the morning. Everything was great!
