Mooie ligging in groot park. En gunstig gelegen voor een bezoek aan Windsor.

Je moet wel tegen het geluid van vliegtuigen kunnen, hotel ligt dichtbij Heathrow en vliegtuigen komen regelmatig over. Het is een erg groot hotel met veel zakelijke evenementen. Daardoor komt het wat onpersoonlijk over.

Facilities

Higher grade staff did not give the service to my wife that they did to corporate large parties. The waiting staff were amazing,smiley and approachable. Perhaps the serving staff could give lessons on on good service. Because frankly the managerial side was appalling. I am in two minds if I should recommend De vere hotels for this reason.

Lovely hotel and location

Small room, nowhere to put suitcases. We put one im the wardrobe and the other was just a trip hazard on the floor. No air con and window hardly opened

I liked the massive grounds the hotel sits on. The location and the things to do in Windsor

There is never any pre-advice that there is an event on which would impact my stay including removing the buffet dinner etc.
