Not as advertised. The rooms were like a student dormitory. Very basic and expensive. Pictures of rooms online not reality Very disappointed.

Nice staff

Booked a family room no bedding for bed had to phone down to reception and make my own bed

Liked the outdoor areas and bar

No real direction to the room which was tiny & the hotel is like a maze difficult to get around

Rooms had no air conditioning Count open windows

We stayed in the White House Wing of the hotel and we’ll stay there next time, it’s fabulous and well worth the extra money.

Great location. Great decor and high end feel to the main facilities.

Tiny bedroom. Ridiculous double door entry to room which was a real pain to manoeuvre luggage in and of. The snn my art restaurant was really 2/3*, food was good, but service was truly glacial; restaurant manager appeared to have no leadership presence at all, totally oblivious to the face that dinners were unhappy with the slow service that her pleasant staff had to constantly apologise for….she simply didn’t get involved or own the slow service issue.

Broken electrical appliances. Car park , faraway from the reception with no designated pedestrian footpath amd no clear instructions.

The property was beautiful I loved that I had an early check in as I was going to ascot thank you Sophie who was so kind to sort this out for me also the room cleaners were really sweet

Hotel was very big and had to walk far especially if you have bags could be a helpers to help customers with bags
