The grounds are great

The rooms are very small and located quite far from the reception area and dining venues, making access inconvenient. There was no water in the rooms upon arrival, and our room was not cleaned for five days. We only received a towel change, but daily cleaning was neglected. The hotel lacks a dedicated concierge service, which posed challenges as we had a considerable amount of luggage due to attending Ascot for five days, requiring multiple trips to transport everything to our rooms. The bar service was insufficient, with no room service available. Additionally, the restaurant closed early on several nights, and the bar closed as well. Staffing shortages resulted in long waiting times for service, further diminishing the overall experience.

Hotel grounds were lovely. Outside gym and facilities for kids. Staff were friendly. Hotel appeared well equipped for private functions

Vast hotel. As older people we found we Had to walk a very very long way to our room with various stairs. No information in room about breakfast times or even what telephone number to dial for reception etc. Bar area was very small considering the size and capacity of the hotel.

Room was too small and the toy was broken so it stunk all night. No aircon so was far too hot. No tv remote

Great location for Ascot racecourse and gorgeous setting. Staff were quick and efficient when you asked for additional towels/fan

The building we were in didn't have air conditioning, we had to ask for more towels, room size is incredibly small, we had a twin room which basically was two singles pushed together, windows don't open to let any air in, the hallways had loads of insects and dirty marks or plaster falling off. Fans provided for the room were ineffective. No water in room as they had water stations, the stations were out of order for one day during our stay and when we did use them water was tepid and tasted odd.

TV not working properly , phoned reception didn't know what to do !!!

As above plus staff not clued up very well to sort any issues. No room.service!

Fantastic location and grounds

The first room we were put in was like a ships cabin, very small, we couldn’t walk around the bed without sitting on the bed to avoid the other furniture

Beautiful setting, lovely grounds and stunning looking main building.

No Sauna, steam room or jacuzzi in the spa building
