"Wouldn’t go back. Young staff doing their best but most of guests unhappy leading to hostility everywhere"

Location great for Ascot

No aircon - no ability to open windows more than an inch to ventilate - far from ideal in the Summer. Way too many people booked to eat at restaurants - even with a reservation it took over 2 hours to receive a burger!

"Staff very friendly"

The grounds are stunning

The rooms for Deluxe Double I though very small on 1st floor and above what I thought was recycling area , as at 1.15am and again at 4am glass was being recycled and was very noisy woke me up.

"Nice hotel well located for Ascot racecourse"

The Hotel was fine. Plenty of atmosphere partuclularly when watch a world cup match England...........................................................

The rooms were too far away. Nobody told us we could park nearer to the room. .............................................................

"No air con we cooked and to much walking between reception and room"

Close to ascot

Distance between reception and our bedroom 322 carrying cases over 800 metres up and down stairs in the heat of mid June horrendous
