We didn’t get a chance to experience the property because they gave away our room.

They gave away our room because we checked in late. It was a big football game weekend in Bloomington and there was nothing else available. We were disappointed and upset.

The bathroom door in our room came apart in my husband's hands and the room never felt 'dry'. Everything was damp, including visible moisture on the walls.

"Beware, no one cares."

I was wondering why this was the only place with availability. Never in my life did I think I’d pay over $500 a night for a crappy room at the comfort inn. I should’ve been clued in with the scotch tape holding the wallpaper up in the hallway. If you’re going to price gouge on a busy IU weekend, don’t make me feel like I have to get a penicillin shot after leaving.

"DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL"

This hotel was in terrible condition. It was very run down and the rooms were not clean. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and the toilet barely flushed. I was moving my youngest son to Indiana University and stayed here for 3 nights. I had to pay $400/night for this hotel which was in totally unacceptable condition. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am extremely disappointed in my stay.

Inside room doors Tv and furniture everything is very old. They may fall apart anytime. Carpet was so dirty and not maintained well. You can count on breakfast at all. Staff was ok though.
