Comfort Inn Bloomington near University

This hotel needs torn down. Dirty , lights didn’t work , bathroom falling apart, phone didn’t work , lock and door looked like it had been busted in once before. Did not feel safe at all

Tub was little and not usable due to being dirty room was cramped breakfast was not great due to running low or being out of food before the time for it to be over

The lady working at 5pm Friday June 20th at the front desk was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The hallways to our room smelled very good and clean. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Good tv channel's including 3 HBO and Cinemax. Breakfast was so good. Hot and cold selections at no extra price. This is our 5th time staying here through the last couple of years. Even though softball is ending for my daughter. If anyone ask or I need to stay in Bloomington again. This will always be my first and only choice.

Multiple, filthy--even sticky!--carpet stains throughout the room. Sink faucet handles loose and floppy. Shower didn't drain, and water was barely warm. Laundry carts strewn about just outside the lobby, with wash cloths on the floor, looking like they'd been forsaken there a month. This is a sad, disgusting, and neglected hotel.

Hotel was not well kept up. The room didn’t feel clean. The bed was sagging a lot in the middle. Found a large bug crawling around my room in the morning. I will not be staying here again

The unpretentious property had everything we needed, It was convenient, assible with adequate room to navigate in a wheelchair,. Adequate breakfast. Clean and well maintained. It was also inexpensive, I would stay here again,

The room and property were falling apart. It seemed clean enough to spend one night there, but the breakfast area was neglected.

they need to hire more staff to help keep the hotel rooms and grounds cleaner
