During check-in we were charged $150 for a deposit, which was more than the room. This still would have been okay except our friend who also checked in the same day was not charged a deposit. When going into the room, it looked okay but smelled a little old or damp. We barely stayed in the room but when it started raining we returned to find a piece of the ceiling leaking.

"Content being 2 star....."

My room had a mildew odor. The A/C only worked on Auto and to turn it on i had to lower the degree to 64. No entry light the bulb wasn't replaced no water pressure in the shower i had to fill the tube. For a 2 star hotel seem they content. No effort to become a 3, 4 or 5 star. Hotel. Those are things on top of my list.

"Graduation Day Fumble"

Terrible from start to finish. Check In - awful, took 25 minutes. Lobby smelled terrible and the hallway to the room even worse. Room was musty but OK. Drain in shower clogged. Toilet didn't work very well. Ice Machine broken on my floor. Check out was a nightmare and the attendant could not give me a receipt. I travel across the globe frequently from Motel 6s to the Ritz. I think the price value relationship was abhorent. Hotels.com should consider dropping them.
