The beds were terribly uncomfortable, our shower was broken and had to be jimmy rigged to work each morning (I told front desk it needs to be fixed) the bathroom light also operated the sink area. You couldn’t use the restroom without turning the light on for the whole room to wake up. No lamps other than bedside so the room was dark.

I thought it was so nice at first and loved the room! Front desk staff was amazing. We got a double queen suite. Looked clean and nice. But then….the bathroom. I have never in all of my life of traveling have seen SO MUCH HAIR on a bathroom floor. My hair is blonde!! This was soooooo gross. I got a dust pan and cleaned it up but there was still some stuck to the walls of the shower 🤮🤮🤮🤮 how can anyone in charge of cleaning a space leave that much hair from a previous guest in a bathroom??! And think that it is clean????

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is super convenient for college move-in for west campus dorms and apartments. Easy access, lots of parking. Convenient restaurant across the parking lot. Rooms have kitchenettes! I did not partake of the included breakfast, but I did take advantage of the coffee and iced lemon water in the lobby! Only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order.

Convenient to campus but not overly crowded. Excellent breakfast!

Staff were amazing. Stayed at many of these hotels, very consistent products, rooms.
