Very walkable to downtown or greenway. Clean good size bathroom and 2 bedroom. Bed not the most comfortable. Did like that you could control temp in each bedroom and living room.

"Once we switched rooms things were better. I’d stay there again."

Close proximity to where we were going which made it easy without a car

Air conditioner unit not working properly, sounded like a jet turbine and didn’t cool room. Eventually we had to change rooms because it kept us awake

At check in the young lady at the desk told us they had sold out of the room I had booked. She immediately followed with the explanation of an upgrade to a slightly larger room. Turns out they put us in a suite! No extra charge for anything. Staff was super nice and everything was very clean!

"I really liked the 1 and 2 bedroom family suite options."

The 2 bedroom family suite was perfect. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. I actually got a good nights rest. Very nice and clean rooms.

The facilities were nice but I wish the pool was open later so we could have used it and it would be nicer if the tv had other apps to watch on it other than Netflix and YouTube. The cable tv also had a limited selection of channels to watch.

Close to BSU. Cleanliness was poor. Trash in hallway for 2 days. Asked staff a question and received a rude response. Will look at other hotels in the future.

The following is my own personal experience. It took hours for the room to heat up and was probably the darkest motel room we've stayed in. Definitely needs more lighting and, in this weather, keep the thermostat on for rooms that you know will be occupied. I had ordered a king bed suite. Hotel staff had already given those rooms to their "steady" customers, and I was third party. I ask; "So it doesn't really matter what room I order and pay for? That I am stuck with whatever room you pick?" Basically, she said "Yes". (I am paraphrasing as I do not recall the exact words spoken.) The room they issued us had 2 Queen's without any real separation of bedroom/kitchen. But it was clean, and breakfast was satisfying. Definitely plusses!
