Crown Regency Hotel and Towers

A quiet spacious facilities the aminities are good.

I had a safe stay in the hotel. I am satisfied customer.

Good value - walkable to night spots. Pool itself was fine, but pool area on roof was a bit shabby. And many features of the hotel on the website aren't open (e.g. rooftop zipline, etc)

Crowne is great hotel with spectacular views of sea or mountain. Breakfast was good, beds clean and comfortable. Close to shop and massage within the building area. Walked 5klm morning around area and safe, although had beggar last night asking for money in a drugged stupor, so just be aware when walking locally at night. Howe r you have Robinson mall and other shops in area so it still is our go to place in Cebu.

It was okay stay, not too bad

The property needs a major renovation. The glass windows are dirty, the room needs upgrade, had sinus infections due to the muggy smell.

When I was planning for my trip, I trying to choose between three different properties. The main deciding points for choosing Crowne Regency over the other two hotels were the Chinese restaurant on site, the gun shooting on site, as well as the Skywalk and rides. All were shown and advertised on the the hotel website when I was deciding which hotel, but when I arrived, none were available. Also there was no laundry service onsite. No hot water. When we arrived we were told the hot water was being regulated. As certain times there would be hot water, and other times no hot water. There was NEVER any hot water at anytime. There also a leak with the sink faucet. Finally, the Chinese restaurant that I enjoy so much, was partially transferred to the second floor. On my first day I ordered Wang Chow fried rice. They said it included Shrimp. I told them I was allergic to shrimp, and can they put the shrimp on the side for my friend who likes shrimp. They said yes. When my order arrived, I received a side plate with a single (one) shrimp. WOW... I have stayed at Crowne Regency numerous times before and I have always enjoyed my stay. I guarantee I will never stay Crowne Regency again. When I arrived I was told the hotel had new management. It seems the new management is failing badly.
