We booked 2 rooms on this property and stayed for 10 days with my family. We have two small children, an infant and a 2 year old. When we arrived at the hotel reception I noticed the hotel looks run down from the outside and inside is smelly. Upon check in, the front desk told us that we are not allowed to buy food outside. If we do, they will charge us a corkage. We told them that we will not stay if they charge us a corkage then they waived the corkage. This hotel has poor management, the housekeeping is not doing their job properly. My 2 year old toddler got sick staying in this hotel. It is very dusty and very dirty, especially under the beds. The toilet is filthy and disgusting. On the second day of our stay the toilet was broken. We reported it to them. Someone came to fix it but it got broken again. They did not fix it after that. The other room that my mother and my son occupied, the toilet door is broken and again it is very dusty and disgusting. We are forced to stay in this hotel as they don’t give a refund when I ask them to amend our bookings. In the bathroom there is no bath mat, face towel and hand towel, the bathroom smell is disgusting. It is very poor housekeeping. The housekeeping department needs proper training on cleanliness. You can't run a hotel like this. We are glad we did not buy breakfast or any food at this hotel. We do not trust the cleanliness of this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very old. They don’t want to bring it in food but their food choices are lousy. Location is lousy as well. Will not stay in this hotel. Air conditioning was not functioning on the first room I stayed I had to transfer after 3 hours. Hot water is not available. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in Cebu

Keep calling down for toilet paper, bathroom was flooded cause of not draining the shower

Most of the kitchen staff does not wear mask, waiters need to go back to mopping floors, ask for 2 eggs they say ok but only bring one egg. Then tell you it’s would be 30 pesos extra. No big deal but now your food is cold waiting on your order to arrive, brings coffee out last not with water? Everyday a problem with the room, cleaning my room was around 4 pm? A little late. Missing windows in the hall, only plastic as the window? No sleep walking

The TV, Phone, refrigerator, all didn’t work. No hot water for 16 hours a day. No pool, breakfast was terrible. You need to fix these

Hotel amenities were so dated, busted lights, disconnected electrical wire connections exposed, dirty room, roaches around. Takes forever for room service. Dirty linen, inaccessible verandah that’s totally caput and full of rubbish. Stay was totally horrendous. Didn’t they just say they’re rated 4-star?

The property was clean

Trip from the airport was good, very helpful. Check in took long, asked if family can go to the room while I checked in, said yes. Cleanliness was OK, rust around toilet seat screws. Shower leaked water around the fittings. floor was very slippery due to the tile used, no non-slip anywhere, had to use towel. AC had the chill water valves closed, had to call front desk to align system, then the rooms started cooling. Once aligned, the AC worked great. Personnel very helpful. Some times the desk phone was put on "Do Not Disturb" received busy signal until I went down to complain. Kitchen would not answer the phone, once I ordered food, it arrived and it was good. Hotel should have some type of money exchange service, unless you have a bank account, no one will exchange money. The front desk didn't even have the simplist of tools; "a stylist pen".
