The property is old and not at all well maintained. Executive corner room with view, but windows so dirty morning sun made the glass opaque. Termites have destroyed the baseboards on the 12th floor, property condition including basics like painting has not been done in year. Perhaps it was nice years ago, but it's fallen on hard times if that's the case.

The room was not the cleanest, but what really got me was seeing the rat run under my chair at the pool!! Wifi didn’t work in my room, told someone, they fixed it, lasted 5 minutes. Location was cool close to lots of stuff

I booked two rooms at this Hotel. The Hotel claims to be a 4 star, no way 2 and a half at best. The room smelt because the laminate floor has been mopped extensively and has buckled. The internet did not work for my room, I called reception and was advised to connect via my room number but my room number did not show up. The bath had black mould around the edges and the shower leaked from the tap so there was little pressure and the towels smelt. I called to be connected to the manager after I had spoken to her but there was an issue in connecting me. The lift system needs an overhaul as you will wait a while if your on the upper floors as you have to change lifts at the 19th Floor and then there was only one lift in service to continue upwards. On the upside, the manager Lady (thats her name, Lady) took all my concerns seriously and arranged for 2 upgraded rooms and some complementary food. To be honest I never saw the rooms as i'd seen enough, I found another hotel and checked out a few hours after i'd checked in.

My partner and I decided to stay here for 2 nights. The hotel is an hour from the airport and there are no restaurants around. The room was big and had a comfortable bed. The whole building is under construction so someone helped us with our bags, as it is a bit of a maze. The second day the plumbing in our room stopped, it took more than an hour for anything to be done, eventually we changed rooms. The pool and gym are okay, could definitely use a clean. Throughout our stay, the wifi was horrendous. They informed us once that it would be down for a short time. However the rest of the time it hardly worked, turning on and off or losing connection. We asked for assistance several times and they would come to our room and unplug it and plug it back in- that clearly was not the solution. The laundry service at the hotel had extortionate prices, we had to find one ourselves. Everything was very dated and needed a proper cleaning, the hotel and our room. When it was time for us to go, I called the front desk to ask for help with our bags an hour before. No one showed up. When I asked what happened they said they are under staffed, but no one informed us. I explained all of my frustrations with the manager and suggested they organize our airport transfer. She gave us a time when it would pick us up and ensured us it would only take a half an hour to the airport. The shuttle was late and it took an hour, we could have missed our flight. This hotel has horrible management.

"Expensive... needs a terrible improvement!!!"

After a terrible experience of my stay last 25/10/2019... i came back 28/10/2019 for another 2 night stay. To my surprise, the problem with regards on calliing their reception area, house keeping and other drpartment is still difficult as no one answers the phone. Im suffering from a diarrhoea on my first night and i ran out of the toilet roll. I need to come down to the reception in the lobby from the 9th floor to ask for a toilet roll because no one answers my call. The worst expetience that i cant ignore and requested to the manager for my complaints was.... when i went down at the starbucks in the lobby at 12:00 on 29/10/2019, upon coming back to my room at 12:30, to my surprise the door was widely opened and pretty obvious that someone came in to my room within the 30 minutes i am away!!! Luckily all my valuables was left inside my Luggage and was locked. Until now i was wondering who was that who sneak inside my room.
