Crown Regency Hotel and Towers

Condition of the room was old. I saw small roaches in the room. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean.

What you risk: high probability of lending in a room that has a strong smell of old, rotten stuff; shower not working (didn't work in the first room we got, didn't work in the "upgraded" one either), wireless only working for 5 min, bathroom fixtures leaking. What you get: competitively priced (not worth it IMO), great staff (great people, willing to help but then there's only so much they can do). Maybe OK for one night. I would not recommend for families with children. Forget the number of "stars" and focus on reading the online reviews when deciding.

We dont like the comfort room. No bidet near the toilet bowl.t the rain shower is busted difficult to use the faucet. I enjoy the swimming pool.

The furnitures inside the room are old and need to be cleaned or replaced... also mold in the bathroom. The lobby is rather dark and could use more lightings and the couch in that lobby has an unpleasant smell.

This property is right in downtown, there was functioning elevator in tower 1 at the time which it made it a long wait. The tub didn’t drain correctly , cockroach in the bathroom which my husband killed. The table cloths were dirty for breakfast. The overall cleanliness of hotel was dirty

The elevators is broken and you have to walk to two different ones. The rooms were not very nice. There were broken things in our room.

The breakfast buffet has really reduced their selection of food items. One of the two guest elevators was down for maintenance. Should have let the guests use the service elevators. Staff is always very friendly and courteous.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked the location of this hotel. It is near Fuente Circle.

I love this place but will never stay again on the 14th floor the gym is directly over top

Location is great. Property is in process of an overdue renovation.
