The room I was given had not been renovated and it was damp, dated, dingy, and in desperate need of a complete overhaul. This room was worth maybe $75 a night, yet I paid over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for it.

High price for a hotel under renovation, our toilet had a black ring in it and room needed renovation.

The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable, specifically the bathroom. Both the toilet and the tub were disgusting. The toilet appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned or updated since the hotel was built, with significant buildup around the rim. The floors and the overall state of the bathroom were similarly revolting. I have taken photos of these conditions and would be happy to provide them as evidence of the state of the room. It is ridiculous to expect a guest to pay full price for a room in this condition. Regardless of the location, guests deserve a sanitary environment, and this stay fell far below any reasonable standard. I can honestly say that I never intend to stay at this hotel again. Just look at the pictures, the iron had mold. Mold You need to do better for your guests.
