Location and the breakfast was pretty good

I booked a king suite with a pull out couch and was put in a king with no couch. Which put my mom and i sharing a bed. Not impressed

The elevator wasn’t working from the lobby but a nice young man climbed the stairs to make sure it was working from 2nd floor which was very helpful.

Staff said hello,room was clean, bed comfortable

People in room above us appeared to have relay races til midnight. Room had 1 towel for 2 people, they made us go to the desk for a towel. Then we saw there was no hair dryer & went back to the desk for that. Seemed we worked for them. Breakfast meat was cold & uncooked

Breakfast, stay was good.

Toilet handle was broken. Whoever was staying beside us had two dogs that barked every time there was any sort of noise.
