Ettington Park Hotel

Perfect place to stay when visiting Stratford upon Avon. It's a little outside town and very quiet and restful. Large and comfortable rooms, great meals in the dining room, and friendly and helpful staff. Very elegant place.

They treat you like royalty and the place is beautiful. The room was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to our door. Only wish I could have stayed more than one night!

I booked a family room with a separate lounge and bedroom. This was super handy as the baby could sleep in the lounge whilst we hung out and slept in the bedroom - it was a challenge getting room service in the room without waking the baby but the staff were very accommodating in helping with that. The leisure facilities are wonderful - pool was a lovely temperature. Wish I had more time to enjoy it!

Such a beautiful setting and wonderful hotel. Our small family group span three generations from age 92 to 2 and everyone was given fantastic attention and care. The pool and spa facilities are superb and the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. The only thing I’d change would be the addition of a lamp downstairs in the executive family room as the lights are quite bright and hard to relax there in the evening. Only a tiny niggle to an otherwise perfect stay. Thank you.

Gorgeous older hotel and the grounds are stunning. The rooms themselves are not modern but this is to be expected, it's part of the charm. No elevators so hopefully your bags aren't as heavy as ours!

I like older properties this one is 500yrs old with a church in the grounds that is 1000yrs old the house has numerous priest holes and other histories

It's a maze of stairs and passages in an old manor worthy of an experience.

It was literally the very best hotel we had booked through Hotels.com for our entire trip. The rooms were very spacious and luxuriously furnished, everything was just so perfect. The courtyard was photogenic, the breakfast in the dining room was such a wonderful experience that we truly felt pampered! The staff were very caring and hospitable. A genuine bargain for the price that we paid. The only regret was that we stayed there only for one night. We will definitely go back and stay in this hotel again next time we go to the Bard's birthplace.

Words cannot begin to express what a pleasure it was to stay here. The church ruins as well as the remnants of a cemetery on the property only added to the already unique experience of staying in the Ettington Park Hotel. The grounds were extensive and well-kept; being able to explore them brought me a great deal of pleasure. The food in the Oak Room was absolutely delicious. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were consummate professionals, patiently answering every question and seeing to my every need, including providing me with a brief tour/history of the hotel. I was incredibly impressed and would highly recommend staying/eating here.

If you like historic buildings set in beautiful grounds, this is the right place for you. Staff are just fantastic and overall make yr stay there.
