I liked the breakfast. I liked the location.

I booked at this hotel solely because there was an indoor pool, the pool was closed the entire time I was there for maintenance but never actually saw anything being done to the pool. And knowing the emergency exit was open while me and my children slept made me uncomfortable. The door to my room wouldn't latch properly unless pushed on it or slammed it shut. And there was barely any hot water i took a shower in cold water because it just wouldn't get hot.

Nothing. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was very rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. The manager was also rude and refused to provide the information we asked for. We felt misled about the property’s policies, and it seemed like the focus was more on protecting their money than resolving the situation fairly. Based on our experience, this property should be investigated for its practices, as the way this was handled felt dishonest and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

The lack of professionalism and respect. We were not informed about a required deposit before arrival, and when we asked for clarification, the staff and manager were rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, we were treated poorly and threatened with police involvement. The situation was handled very badly, and we felt misled about the property’s policies. The entire experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable.

I liked the price

I didn’t like that there was a bedbug in my bed and when prompted the front desk lady she could do nothing about getting me my money back

Good price, clean rooms, comfortable.
