This place is a joke, looks nothing like the photos online. Place is beat up and seemed to be a hang out spot. Don't stay here

Staff was great

The pool area was freezing The pool was warm

Avoid at all costs. Booked a suite with 1 king and 2 queen beds traveling with entire family so we didn't have to bring air mattresses for the kids. Got a call after we were already in town asking if I could swap to a smaller room as the room I booked was unavailable. Advised I needed the room I had booked. Manager (Glenda C.) was supposed to call back if they were not able to get a different guest to change. Never heard back but when I got to the hotel they had moved me to a smaller room still trying to charge full price. We travel several times per year for our kids sports but will never stay at another Wyndam property. Hope this saves someone else some trouble.

Room was clean, everything in order. The checking and check out staff was very friendly. The breakfast staff was very kind and friendly. At check out I let them know that everything was excellent but the staff was super nice. The price was amazing for a good night rest. Went right to sleep did not use wify,

Room was hot when I arrived and there was no way to lower the temp, but it got comfortable around midnight.

I was able to pre-checkin for my room. Room was decent.

$75 incidental charge. Elevators didn't work. Had to climb 3 flights. Room smelled like smoke. Staff had I don't care attitude.
