Everyone was so nice and helpful

Elevator was not working. No towels in the room upon check in. Front desk wanted me to get my towels myself. Cockroach in the shower. A few staff members helping themselves to the guest breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Trash cans by the elevator and in hallways seemed to not have been empty in a while.

Location was great, didn't eat breakfast.

That I called to the desk because our room did not have any towels to dry off on and was told oh. We don't have access to tells you'll have to wait till manager gets here. I'm sorry it was 6:30 in the morning and I took a shower 'cause. We had to get an early start to our day and drying off with a tank top and the T-shirt was not fun. Staff at front desk act like they could care less whether we had what we needed or not. I will not be saying at this location again.

There were not enough towels for 3 people. The desk clerk said they were short because the hotel was full. The upholstered furniture was filthy, the desk chair lift was broke, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Maintenance looked neglected.

Our room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was very cool. We were there in 100 degree weather.
