Wonderful period property with charming and knowledgeable hostess. Excellent breakfasts. Just couldn’t fault the Southern charm.

One bathroom sink faucet needs resealed and a few bulbs burned out. Otherwise, beautiful property rebuilt after a fire. Nice to have the park across the street but traffic can be a bit loud. We stayed in President Davis room which looked out on the street. Other rooms may be quieter. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. Loved chatting with our hostess/owner. Coffee, cake and candy served in our guest lobby upstairs. There is no handicap access and the stairs are a bit steep. Would come again.

Excellent location Free Dot tram in front of building, takes you downtown and all around. Right across the street from beautiful Forsyth Park, you can sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or wine and watch the families with their dogs and kids strolling. Beautiful park. Coleen is a wonderful source of information and makes the best grits, biscuits and gravy, eggs and fruit! There are stairs into the building and to the rooms but not too bad, worth it comfortable beds and large rooms

Lovely stay in a B&B. I was met by the lovely owner of the home who told me the history of the home, and explained all the in’s and outs. There was homemade cake upstairs waiting for us, and the room was cozy and inviting. Would certainly return!

This beautiful place is run by a real sweet inn keeper!! And pretty much by herself! Amazing what she has done and keeps doing for her guests.. breakfasts from scratch... no comparison to the other big hotels...

No way to a good adjust temperature in room. I was cold going to bed. Hot to comfortable during the night. Sweaty after shower. Got dressed came out to common area Keurig but no coffee pods, no tea, no water bottles. Had to leave before breakfast. Parking was in cinders around the block. No handicap entry. No elevators. Did not feel the neighborhood was safe either.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The home was amazing and felt like we had gone back in time. Great location and a DOT bus stop was right outside. Would recommend this B & B

Convenient location. Nice big clean room and bathroom.

The building had character and history. Parking was inconvenient--while it was located behind the building, we had to walk around the block to enter the building from the front. The host was pleasant, she recommended a great restaurant for dinner, but her breakfast-cooking skills need improvement.
