Il nostro soggiorno all’Hotel Palazzo Cavalieri è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante. Fin dall’arrivo siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, e ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e pronto ad aiutarci con un sorriso. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, con un ottimo sistema di aria condizionata, silenzioso ed efficace, fondamentale per rientrare e godere di un ambiente fresco dopo una giornata estiva in giro per Siracusa. Anche la colazione è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, abbondante, varia e di qualità. Un hotel che ci sentiamo davvero di consigliare per chi cerca accoglienza, comfort e attenzione al dettaglio.

Se devo essere sincero almeno nella nostra stanza il bagno non era all’altezza della camera e dell’intera struttura.

La location, l'originalità della hall La gentilezza del personale, in particolare in sala colazione.

La vasca era scivolosa, utile prevedere maniglia ed antiscivolo. È più comoda la doccia.
