Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal

Das Zimmer (Die Suite) war nicht richtig sauber als wir ankamen. Wir haben fremde Haare und Flecken im Bett und auf der Couch gefunden und teilweise war einfach noch Schmutz auf dem Boden. Die Einrichtung der Suite war sehr abgenutzt und nicht wirklich hochwertig oder schön. Das Bett war steinhart und ungemütlich. Zwischendurch ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallenen und uns wurde eine Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt (Diese Problem wurde zum Glück am selben Tag noch gelöst). Das Frühstück war sehr simpel und nicht wie beschrieben besonders lecker. Bereits um 8:30 Uhr waren viele Sache bereits weg gegessen und wurden nicht ersetzt. Der Kaffee war sehr schlecht. Insgesamt haben die Bewertungen und die Bilder nicht das wahre Bild des Hotel widergespiegelt.

El baño y la mampara ducha mal instalado se salía el agua. El secador no funcionaba. Falta de revisión de las habitaciones
