The staff was so gentle , helpful , we’ve got an upgrade without asking , even a take away breakfast was ready at 3am , special thanks to Aline and to all staff

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die gute Lage. Ich wurde immer freundlich empfangen und habe einige Tipps erhalten. Wenn man aus dem Hotel kommt hat man zahlreiche Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist umfangreicher als bei anderwn italienischen Hotels. Es gibt einige Spezialitäten wie Cannoli die man probieren kann. Auch geschnittene Wassermelone gab es. In 5 Minuten läuft man auch zu einem großen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz bei dem man das Auto über Nacht stehen lassen kann. 24 Std kosten 15 Euro.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück aus dem Vollautomat könnte besser sein. Der Boden im Zimmer könnte besser gereinigt werden.

La habitación era muy grande y el desayuno estaba muy bien. Ubicación perfecta para visitar Ortigia.

El sitio para descargar las maletas y cargarlas que tienen en la puerta estaba ocupado por un cochecito que tienen para las excursiones y no pudimos usarlo. Bastantes vueltas para poder dejarlo en un paso de cebra cercano. Pero repetiría sin duda en este hotel.

They offer free cold water in the morning.

Me gustó la ubicación y el edificio por dentro. El personal especialmente Jessica, muy simpática

Le sobra una estrella...El desayuno no tiene ninguna calidad. La bañera antigua y el agua sin presión. Me dieron una habitación malísima, que daba a un callejón y con ruido del aire y pedí que me cambiaran

Central location, a short stroll from the bridge that takes you across the water to Ortigia. Large and airy room with view over the hotel’s central courtyard. Abundant breakfast with something for everyone. The scrambled eggs and grilled vegetables were excellent, as were the various pastries. Night porter on reception was excellent and very helpful, went out of his way to help us.

Day reception staff at check-in need to be a bit sharper. No information was given on breakfast times and WiFi. There was no info pack in the room with information on hotel facilities, breakfast time, check-out time OR the local area, which you would expect to find in a hotel like this. Needed to go back down to ask for WiFi code; receptionist pointed to a small sign on the desk. No ironing facilities in room. Had to go and iron outfits down in reception.

La colazione ricca ed ottima la posizione a ridosso di Ortigia ma tranquilla lo staff sempre sorridente e pronto …il parcheggio comunale è vero a pagamento ma estremamente comodo e di costo contenuto e la camera grande e pulita
