We stayed in two story building. Rooms were basic, but clean. Pool was nice.
Took an impromptu trip out here and Sun n Sand was the only hotel within our price range so we booked it. We were very unsure about what to expect since the reviews were scattered but we had a great time and are planning on getting married here! The room was nice and the pool was perfectly warm, only downside was the internet and cable didn’t have the best reception but we were so busy running around exploring South Haven that we didn’t really notice. The pathway in the back was fun to explore too, just check for ticks when you’re done! Can’t wait to say “I do” here next year <3
I have stayed here twice now. Very clean. The staff is very friendly. Everything is in working order. I love the pool, the pond with the waterfall and the firepit area. Love this place.

We had a great time here. Was a cute little resort nice cozy room and loved the outdoor pool. That was my favorite Will definitely stay here again but longer 😄💜
Place is just fine, but rooms are small. This is an "old school" type of motel. The area is very pricey in general.
Pool was the best part of the property. Very old needs updating and room felt closed off. Mattress needs replacing bad. Will not rebook.
Nice setting. Place is not friendly at all. Customer checking in was shocked to get charged 45 dollars for a pet. He had to little dogs 90 dollar charge. Also the same price as room terrible
This place offered such a unique experience, with it’s historic property, beautiful scenery, off-the-path location and comfortable amenities. I was nervous about our stay based on some of the other reviews, but it exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a place to just watch TV, use high-speed Internet and are expecting new updated features…stay home or book at Best Western. If you’re looking for something different, book this place! Rooms were comfortable size, pool was very clean and offered so many extras, and the big wrap-around porch and property were great places to hang out and relax with a book or talk. We can’t wait to plan our next stay!
The property is beautiful with a waterfall, well maintained pool but the internet and satellite TV were non existent. We got no help resolving the TV issue.
