"NO COMMUNAL SPACE"

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, BUT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD THERE IS NO PLACE TO SIT AND RELAX ASIDE FROM YOUR ROOM. THIS IS NOT CLEAR FROM THE WEBSITE. THE RESTAURANT ON THE FIRST FLOOR IS HUGE AND ANNEXING A PORTION FOR THE HOTEL GUESTS WOULD MAKE THIS INN FABULOUS!! THE SHEETS ARE ALSO ROUGH.

We stayed in room 14 ( we don’t recommend it) it’s too small with 1 chair and a tiny table. Not a full bath so nowhere to put our toiletries. The shower was so small my elbows have bruises from bumping into the walls. No soap dish or a place to put shampoos or razor. Overall the place is nice but the room was a big disappointment

This is the 2nd time I stayed at the Grand Victorian. The location and rooms and gardens are beautiful! The staff was AMAZING! It rivals concierge service of some of the fine and prestigious luxury hotels. I can't complement them enough for the 5 star service.

I stayed at the Great Victorian this past weekend and had a wonderful stay. The staff couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating. I almost extended my trip because of the great hospitality and beautiful location. Cannot wait to go back!
