Great location for Seminyak with large rooms and direct access to the beach. Very friendly staff.

The property is really dated and old. Desperately in need of renovations. Everything in the room from doors to bathroom fixtures were all old and worn and even the areas outside look older than the hotel itself is. It wasn't bad...but you can do much better for the money you spend than staying here.

The sunbeds on the beach doesn’t belong to the hotel .. and for me that is important .. i want to lay down on bed that is belong to my hotel . A note : that’s no one mistake but .. everyone must be carful about the waves when the red flag is sit take it seriously and don’t swim .. the life guard is not caring he is not the hotel staff .. and he is sitting far away .. i really had very bad experience because i was about to be swallowed by the ocean. Just be careful

Lots of ants in the room felt very run down

We had excellent service, the staff were wonderful and so welcoming. The room was very spacious, although the balcony spa was broken and the balcony door was hard to open, very minor issues but everything else was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop had a beautiful view for the sunset. We loved our stay here.

Staff so nice and room was amazing

A bit on the high price end and bed a bit too on soft side. But this is just being picky.

Breakfast provided has many options which I loved, the pool was a daily highlight morning and afternoon and the room as large and very tidy.

It's starting to show it's age so maybe a nice freshen-up is in order. But overall, it was fantastic. The only other thing was there was a bin/rubbish being stored near our room, 102, somewhere, and at times the smell was quite confronting particularly on hot days.
