Everyone at the hotel were super lovely. The bedroom exceeded expectations, with a beautiful view of the beach. I also got quite sick, and the staff were really helpful and arranged for a doctor to see me throughout the middle of the night. A special mention to Arti - she was amazing.

Sometimes it was a little noisy at night, if you just wanted to go back to the room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Seminyak. Without a doubt, it was the most memorable hotel experience of my entire trip to Bali. My room was stunning, with a beautiful ocean view that made every moment special. The rooftop became my favorite place. I went there every evening for sunset and drinks, and honestly, I never felt the need to go anywhere else. The sunsets there are simply magical. What made this stay truly exceptional is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt at home from the very first moment. They quickly understood my habits and preferences, which made everything feel effortless and personal. A special mention to the spa: I had treatments every day and completely fell in love with the experience. Okah and Dia were absolutely amazing. Dia’s massage, a mix of Balinese and lymphatic, was simply outstanding. Every detail mattered, even the smallest ones. The housekeeping team was so thoughtful and delicate, always adding little touches that made a difference. From morning walks on the beach to peaceful evenings by the ocean, everything felt perfect. Leaving was truly emotional. I have stayed in beautiful places before, but Grand Seminyak will remain very special in my heart. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

Dieser Aufenthalt war eine absolute Zumutung und wir können von diesem Hotel nur dringend abraten. Das Zimmer war in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: extreme Feuchtigkeit, ein spürbar nasses Bett und deutlicher Schimmelbefall. Ein solcher Zustand ist gesundheitlich bedenklich und dürfte so keinesfalls an Gäste vermietet werden. Zudem waren die Ecken dreckig und das gesamte Zimmer wirkte ungepflegt. Besonders unverschämt war der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde: Nachdem wir das Problem gemeldet hatten, mussten wir ganze sechs Stunden warten, bis wir ein anderes Zimmer beziehen konnten. Eine Massage in der Lobby wurde uns als Friedensangebot geboten, welches wir dankend ablehnten. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse wirklich eine Frechheit. Die gute Lage und ein lediglich durchschnittliches Frühstück können diese massiven Mängel in keiner Weise ausgleichen. Fazit: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
