A bit noisy at night

They only see the closeness to the black sand dirty beach

So many things - from the hotel facility being too old to the room looking ancient due to ageing furnitures. The ducted AC vent continually drips water on the floor close to the bed. The floor tiles get wet from condensation - i believe. This led to my slipping and falling. The incident was reported and the staff promised to relocate us to another room the next day. At this point, the trust was gone. We had to check out to another hotel. When we requested for a refund through booking.com for the remaining 2x nights, the hotel management declined, making us loose about $800.
