"Stressful Hotel"

the Location was great Close to business district walking distance was so convenient.

The Room was awful the bed was uncomfortable could not get any sleep to much Noises in the hallway also Bugs crawled on the wall very uncomfortable situation the toilet tank broken kept running all during the night No Hot breakfast had to bring ur Own food being in that Room No way !

I didn't get to stay because after I booked and paid for the room the office attendant called and said she would not be able to give me a room because they were over booked. I am owed a refund and haven't had any luck on getting one.

After making a mistake in booking this property when I was attempting to book a property in a different city their front desk was unavailable for the next 16 hours while my booking agent worked tirelessly to fix the issue and get a refund in the end they refused it and wrote me in as a no show and kept the money un professional doesn't begin to describe this place don't for the love of anything book here!
