"Big roaches running across the room floor."

Didn't stay long enough to check anything out but the room.

After we unloaded the car, I saw roaches running across the floor! Three big roaches! I went to the front desk to let clerk know and she asked if I wanted another room. No! If roaches are in one room, they're in all the rooms! We had been there for 20 minutes. The clerk asked if I wanted a refund, yes of course. I will never reserve another room with Extended Stay...anywhere.

Nothing

The hotel had no record of my reservation and no rooms available. Contacting Bookings.com was very difficult. They only called the hotel to validate what I already told them and basically said that I was on my own.

"disappointing"

The front door clerk would not give me my room I paid for. She said it was after 12pm but it took her 20 minutes to come down from her room after customer service told me my room number was 211. And that was about 11:40pm. Don't forget people were walking out of the building with beer bottles and some were smoking more than cigarettes at this time outside.

"Nerve Racking"

The employees were nice

The locked door leading to the elevator had issues and had to swipe the key card a dozen times to get it opened. We got assigned room 304, and the bathroom light switch was completely broke off. They did not have any other rooms available, so I wanted a complete refund on my purchase for 2 nights, (May 9-May11). I want a refund of the money I spent to reserve the room and I DO NOT want a % off coupon on my next stay.

Looks and smells like a homeless shelter, floors were dirty, hallways were dirty, only thing that was decent was the bed was clean. I paid $160 for a night and honestly wouldn’t stay again here if someone paid me $160

Front desk was SO sweet, and did everything they possibly could to make this experience easy. We did leave our first day before ever even staying the night, due to the amount of roaches. The place is decently clean, pretty cramped though and they do have roaches in the rooms, too many to feel comfortable staying. Also as time went on, we noticed quite a few things didn’t work. We ultimately got a refund and left

"Terrible Service"

We were turned away when I went to check in. I was charged even though my family was turned away and I had to pay for an entirely new hotel for two nights. I spoke with two representatives from Booking and they were supposed to get a refund for me. Extended Stay was awful. I showed up to check in and he told me he couldn't help and to contact Booking.com. This was after driving from Colorado and getting in at night with my young son. This was absolutely terrible. I may never use Booking.com again.
