Roaches EVERYWHERE. Even the front desk attendant said "they're all over the place." The bed was wobbly, the toilet never stopped running, everywhere except (thankfully) the room smelled awful. The front door where you scan your key to get in is far too fidgety and they only clean every two weeks. You have to pay extra for more towels or anything to cook with.

The shower leaked 24/7, the toilet kept running, saw roaches on room, hallway smelled like cat urine the whole time. They only gave 1 towel per person.

The employee covering the evening shift was the most rude and unpleasant employee that I have EVER experienced. My granddaughter and I waited in a locked hallway for over THIRTY MINUTES before she lifted the awning to even acknowledge our presence (and mind you, this was 11:30 PM!) Then she had the audacity to raise her voice at my 21 year old granddaughter asking why she was knocking on the awning! Which she was NOT! I was tapping my hand on the counter impatiently for sure!! All the while having the booking agent on the phone trying to determine why the "front desk" (if you could call it that!) was not being monitored! She changed her tune REAL FAST when she realized the agent was on the line, but never apologized for her contemptuous attitude. Then, when we were finally allowed to our room, it was the most unpleasant room I have EVER had to pay for. This whole experience was HORRENDOUS. The only reason I was even there was to celebrate my granddaughter's graduation from the University that day. But you can BELIEVE ME, I will make sure I tell EVERYONE I KNOW about this horrible place!!!

After a long day of working I made the reservation and drove to this location to sadly find out that he would not take me. When I made it to the location everything was pretty much closed. There's a phone on the wall that I had to call so that someone could assist me. A guy comes around the corner rolls up the locked window and essentially tells me that he can't help me. There's no availability. The guy look like he literally just woke up. Tell us maybe to call and cancel with booking and that I should get my money back . He refuses to answer any questions, lock the window and leaves me just standing there. With no place to stay even though the booking was confirmed and told me also that it was late.

Location other than that nothing!!!!!

Everything, Roaches, manager buying drugs right in front of you, smells, beds look like they came out of a jail cell omg, people just hanging around doing drugs in the parking lot. Police was called and he said it’s like every 2hr thing that they come over to that hotel

The property looks nice on the outside & photographs well. Our room was dreadful! Roaches everywhere!!! Window shade fell off when we tried to pull it down & hit one guest's head. Bathroom sink caulking was peeling off. Brown filth behind faucet. Bathroom door was damaged & wouldn't lock. Toilet ran constantly. Floor was dirty. Noisy because some guests were carousing in the hallway overnite. Only one electrical socket worked in the room. When we checked out, the reception area was locked & no staff was available for us to inform them of their problems. We didn't even try to have breakfast, which was part of what we paid for, because the room experience was so bad. I believe we should receive a full refund AND that Orbitz should not represent this hotel. WE'LL NEVER AGAIN STAY AT AN EXTENDED STAY PROPERTY!!!
