"kleines Stadt-Hotel das keine Wünsche offen lässt"

Man fühlt sich gut und sehr herzlich empfangen beim Check-In. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und das Bad, wenn auch eher klein, so doch mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant hat einen sehr freundlichen Service und eine ausgezeichnete Küche. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das gönne ich mir sicher wieder!

"Ideal downtown location "

Perfect location in the heart of old town. Great restaurants, cafes and shops surround the hotel. Quick walk from the train station and buses. Hotel breakfast offers a typical Swiss breakfast.

"My experience at Sorell Hotel Krone"

Hotel was well located, near to train station and shopping alleys. Nice eateries around there. Some areas of service could be better like drinking water in the room, tea/coffee packets in the room, fan or airconditioner in the room as I was there during summer.

"Hot summer, even hotter room"

Middle of summer, temp. In the ranges of 35 degrees celcius and no airconditioning in the room? It was tough sleeping, even with windows wide open. Other than that the refreshing tea they serve at reception is delicious. I must have drunk 2 liters.
