"Not the best, not the worst. Yasmin was the star!"

The young lady who checked me in, Yasmin, was a delight. She was able to get me checked in quickly and made sure I knew where everything was before I headed up to my room.

The room was adequate. The shower was broken but usable. The holder for the toilet paper was not mounted on the wall when I arrived so maintenance had to come repair it, but they didn’t even check the shower. I also wasn’t impressed that there were no towels in the room and I had to go to the front desk to get them.

The location was good. The employee was nice.

Horrible facility. The elevator was broken. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage.

Madison is Great! She accommodated my every need with no issues. The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. This place is like a home away from home I definitely recommend this stay if your in the Fort Lauderdale area.

"Great hotel experience"

Been here for over two weeks. It’s definitely a great hotel! the staff is very outgoing and friendly, the hotel is VERY CLEAN, I have no complaints what so ever. I’ll for sure recommend this hotel if you’re in Fort Lauderdale! :)
