Great hotel and location and staff.

Amazing gem just outside CM old town. Relaxing vibes!

I like the hotel decor, size of the room, very clean, private and all of the staff are wonderful. It will be the only place I will stay if I ever visit the town again.

Good location, nicely decorated, good spa packages and friendly staff

Great location next to the Ping River and close to the U.S. Consulate. Friendly staff but hotel is beginning to age as seen in bathroom fixtures and sink, broken tv coax cable, creaky wood floor and unvarnished lanai bench. Pool was freezing at mid day and should be heated. Best breakfast we've had in a while but dinner was poorly prepared for the price.

The hotel is like the oasis in the city with beautiful garden and the national heritage house of the owner. The house is now using as lobby, business center and meeting rooms. The spa located in the front building to provide some privacy for the hotel guests. The restaurant situation on the opposite but with water front. Their security was so attentive to assist guest for crossing the road. The restaurant has the good view of the river and Doi Suthep. It had good selection of wine. The bed room had pool view with large balcony.

The stay was ok. The hotel hardware is good, cozy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and nice. However, it might be the hotel policy or whatever, is very straight and square. Not very guest friendly. Take an incident as example— a candle burner (for aroma) was somehow broken I believe, when moved, it just fell in parts and dropped on floor. The staff is very nice and helpful in cleaning up the mess for us in the room. However, the hotel charged me (around 5 times the cost of the burner). I suspect that if I don’t agree to bear the ‘penalty’, the staff who helped me clean will need to be charged or sth. So I accepted to pay for it. Anyway, I believe, as staff explains, it’s the hotel policy, the staff in general are very courteous and nice. And the hotel in general is a comfy choice.

it is localted outside cityby the ping river where serveral high end bar restaurants localted together. the hotel is an old house expanded to 37 room it has a outdoor pool. and a breakfast and dinner restaurant by the river. the room is large and clean, the lobby, living room and spa all quite nice

With this price I expect it should be better. Maybe the building is a little bit old. Noisy at night as there are several bars nearby. Nice swimming pool and spa. Overall speaking it is nice experience, staffs are very helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
