"Beautiful Spot"

10.0

This place is truly beautiful. It’s very relaxing. Our deluxe poolside room it was very spacious. The beds could use a little work. They are a bit on the hard side. We unfortunately had an issue with our shower but aside from that place is magnificent. The service is excellent. We did not utilize the spa as we were too busy running around town. I would definitely stay here again. It’s magnificent and it was very reasonable.

"A hidden sanctuary in the heart of Chiang Mai"

10.0

I visited this resort with friends and family. Facilities are great. Staffs are polite, friendly and very helpful. The kids love it here and don’t want to go out. They love swimming here. There are outdoor pool, hydropool and onsen in the spa area. Big gym for the gym lovers. For me, spa lover, found it a great time this trip that i get to have super nice massages two days in a row. Room, wood style decor, is nice, very cosy, and bed is so comfy 😁 The Restaurant is good, at the riverfront. Dine in with a very nice view. Only thing is that it is across the street, however, there always are 2 security guards who will help us cross the street safely. Now comes to the best part I like about this hotel, the Rarinjinda Spa. Reception is attentive, explaining about different types of the program. Therapists are very gentle and well trained. First massage, I chose the hot stone 1.30 hr massage the hot stone helps to relive the pain very well. The following day I couldn’t remember what it’s called. It is the hot oil running on your forehead. The therapist will massage at the head the go to the body. This is so relaxing. Love it, and will definitely come back.

"Very enjoyable stay"

10.0

The hotel style struck me as a mixture of old (with all the wood) and new. It is located in a quieter part of town and it is not a long journey from the airport (around 20 minutes depending on traffic). I organised for the hotel to collect me from the airport as I was arriving in late and this cost 400baht. The room I had was very spacious and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. In terms of facilities there is a fitness centre, which I didn’t get to use, while I was there the doors were pulled back so you were exposed to the outside air (and I would have struggled a fit with this). They also have two yoga sessions a day, that you can join. The hotel restaurant is across the street from the hotel, by the river and as a guest of the hotel there was a10% discount on food. There is also a spa by the hotel and guests get a 20% discount for any treatment. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the night market at 7pm each weekday and at the weekend it will drop you off near the street night market which is held at the weekend.

"Nice & Quiet"

10.0

My girlfriend and I went for the wellness suite. For the bit of extra money you do get a lot of space in the room as well as outdoor space, not to mention, as I am sure you have seen, the amazing Jacuzzi bathtub. The bathroom was spacious, bathtub was beyond believe. That quickly became the highlight of our trip, well, as far as being in the resort is concerned. The soaps they give you in the room can be purchased in their spa, which should tell you the quality of the soaps they provide! Room was clean and it was quiet, perhaps we got lucky with the other guests, but we did not hear any noises in our room during our stay. Breakfast was good with omelette station, changed daily Asian food and salads, fresh fruits and cheese. If you want, you can get a seat outside facing the river, which was surprisingly nice, given the river is dirty and there is not much to look at. We ordered room service during our 4 night stay and found the food to be way below average for both the taste and value for money. Do not order room service! The resort is close enough to the night bazaar to walk, it should take you around 15~20 mins to walk, depending on where you are in the bazaar. However, the resort provides daily shuttle to the city, at 7pm. However, they do not bring you back to the hotel, so be prepared to have either resort address in hand and haggle with tuk tuk or walk back to the resort from night bazaar. The nearest convenient store "7-11" is across the bridge/river from night bazaar, which would take you around 10mins to get to from the resort. Check it our on google map, as the little handy map provided by the resort is slightly out of date and what appears to be the nearest 7-11 is no longer there.

"Highly recommend"

A wonderful stay in Rarinjinda, friendly staff, room is spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant is by the river so you can admire the beautiful view at breakfast. The only comment I would give is the breakfast could have a bit more options and variety.
