The hotel is very accessible to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very accomadating ,even though when we arrived our room was not ready. Great location for people watching etc.

Not at all what we expected! Don’t be drawn in by the charming rooms you see on their website, like us you may be put in the new section that is not charming at all, has tiny windows, are very dark and had many bugs. We payed extra for a river view and were designated a room with a view of industrial equipment that was by the river. Tried to switch rooms but a very rude gentleman at front desk said they could not make a change. But would keep us in mind should something open up, never heard from him.

Excellent hotel in the perfect old town Montreal location. Excellent staff, especially Terry. The MOST comfortable bed in which my wife and I have ever slept. Bad point is there are LOTS of stairs you have to use to walk up, or down in the hotel. There is an elevator, but it is limited in the areas that it can go. If you are older, or have difficulty walking, do not stay at this hotel.

We came to Montreal for our 30th anniversary, and fell in love with the city and this delightful hotel. The lobby is one of the most pleasant places in Old Town to people watch. This charming, intimate hotel is a wonderful location from which to explore a vibrant, enchanting city. We just got home and already want to come back!

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town action! The lobby is a bastion of peace and a brilliant spot for people watching. We thoroughly enjoyed walking and biking the city at large, and were delighted each night to come home to the best little hotel in all of Montreal. Merci!

Highly recommend this hotel. The service from Front Desk Check in to housekeeping and restaurant staff were all sperb. An absolutely fabulous location in Old Port would definitely stay here again. Hotel Restaurant Gaspar and Terrace were both fantastic and delicious food and drinks.
