Great location and rooms are very clean. Pleasant stay!

From the staff to the decor to the location, everything was perfect. All three restaurants and bar were superb. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area. The only thing people should be aware of is it was necessary to use a small staircase to access our room after riding the elevator up

The location is great in the center of the old port. The nearby restaurants and attractions are friendly and easy to walk to. The hotel has two attached restaurants, Pincette and Gaspar, that are convenient and friendly. The hotel staff were great with luggage assistance, directions, and accommodations. One issue is that some of the rooms, although accessible by elevator, include additional stairways while transitioning from elevator to room. Staff did mention that some of their rooms do not require this stairway access. Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay and would book again on future stays in Vieux Port, Montreal.

The rooms were comfortable and charming with old wood beams. Location is great. Need patience for the elevator, but it is an old building. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and nice room. Only negative, we went during a heat wave, temps in the mid 90s, and the air-conditioning in the room was weak.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of old Montreal. You're a walk away from attractions, shopping, culture & a myriad of dining choices. The hotel is small, there is only one elevator, but that adds to the charm. The staff is bilingual & takes very good care of you.

The building is beautiful and historic, we had vistas of the water. It is a loud street, so there is nothing to be done about that if you have the windows open, which you should. The bedding was nice and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and it was clean.

The hospitality here was great - the team were so kind and helpful. We went for a cheaper room that came with a bit of noise from the restaurant but all in all the place was relatively quiet - we opened our window and heard the roar of the bustle outside not realising how well soundproofed the windows were. The place was clean, bed was comfy and the restaurant serving breakfast was spot on. Perfect location for exploring the city.

Loved this hotel! Perfect location in Old Town with lots to see and do.

Our room is on the 5th floor, just below the Terrace restaurant. It has a great view and wonderful room settings, but the noise from the restaurant clients is outrageous. All in all, the experience with the staff is excellent!
