Staff were great They booked my room as per my request Easy location with nice drive to get to

It's very expensive Not much to do if alone I couldn't view pools as you must pay to get in My towel had a tear in it not what u expect for a hotel Only 1 restaurant first night other was closed

To Be Honest, Nothing.

The Da Vinci Restaurant Is The Absolute Worst. Horrific Service. Waited More Than An Hour For My Waitress To Bring Me My Bill, Then A Further 20 Mins For The Card Machine. I Had To Get Another Waitress To Get My Bill For Me. There Were Ants On The Window Sills. Just Gross. Rooms Have No SOUNDPROOFING. Can Hear The People In The Adjacent Room. Can Hear People In The Passages. Erg Its Just Horrible. Will Never Recommend Staying Here If You Want Peace Or A Decent Night's Rest.
