Birthday cupcake left In our room as a surprise๐Ÿ˜ aircon was great, pressure of hot water in shower was good.

We could not watch Netflix and dstv had all sport channels. At least have discovery and crime channel to watch. Walking through the spa area towards the pool there was a zen area where there was a pond that had a terrible stench and every evening we went to warm pools to swim we had to pass that smell it was horrendous. The pond needs to be drained and cleaned๐Ÿคข๐Ÿคฎ in our room 235 our hand basin was cracked and leaking so every morning I would wash my face the water would seap out onto counter making everything wet. We did report it.

The location, gardens are beautiful & the hot springs are lovely.

The hotel is outdated, it is in desperate need of a revamp, having a shower curtain is not ideal!
