The Caledon Hotel and Spa

I liked that it was surrounded by so much greenery the views were so beautiful

The rooms are not sound proof so at night we could here evrything from our neighbours loud banging and muffles as well as people knocking and talking in the passage in the middle of the night and also very limited halaal food options

The staff were kind and the hot spring was so nice.

The room was badly insulated, and the people in the next room were making noise late into the night, walking around the hallways and making noises. My family woke up in their sleep. The child in the next room were knocking on the door, but the any body didn't open the door. They didn't line up properly at the restaurant for breakfast and cut in line. It was the worst. I thought it would be nice if the staff checked the hallways to make sure no one was making an occasional fuss.

Was always a regular guest at Caledon Hotel and Spa from a young age. This trip was the first time in about 3yrs that I came back. The only reason I would return again is for the hot spring pools

The facilities appeared quite run down, and they no longer offer room service, which was something I always enjoyed. Although the majority of guests are Muslim, none of the restaurants are Halaal-friendly. The breakfast was also very average. In addition, the bar/lounge area has closed down, which was disappointing as it used to be one of my favourite spaces to relax with my family by the fireplace while enjoying coffee. Overall, the hotel felt cold and uninviting, unlike the warm and welcoming atmosphere I remember from my childhood visits.

I had the most wonderful experience at Caledon hotel and spa. I went there to rest and relax, and I did just that. The Spa and massages was so relaxing, and the food top class! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The TV in room, not really anything to watch on TV. The casino cards, it took forever to get it to work, and to remove it from the machines, but the staff is always ready to help.

I liked the facilities.

We had to leave because there was no water...Tsogo Sun refunded us and we will return soon.
