The staff was friendly and helpful

That there was no microwave to warm food

The property definitely needs an updating. The toilets are very outdated and need a refresh. The pools are lovely but the surrounds need an update.

The staff are amazing and friendly

Only thing that isn’t really great is that you need to call someone every time to make a fire in the suite.

for the price the rooms and bathrooms can be upgraded... there should be a block out curtain at least in rooms. and also expected slippers and a towel gown to use seeing that it was a spa hotel...

The pools and beds was comfortable

1. No smart TV 2. A kitchenette had no microwave, crockery, cutlery with a really small bar fridge 3. Hence I had to purchase a frying pan to heat my pre made meals. 4. Management advised me self catering was not allowed to prepare my meals. 5. The shower water was permanently Luke warm

Bed was comfortable

The rooms the scenery and the pools everything was exceptional
