The shower in the hotel room. Water seeped through the glass and wet the entire floor which let us with no option but to bath instead of showering.

I didn't like the stuffiness of the room with an odor of an old stench as well as there had been a baby cocoroach when I awoke on the bedding a live one crawling and today I see I have a blister on my lip. Please serious consideration of pest control needs to be done.

We were not allowed to use the pool/hot spring facilities on the same day as we checked out, which meant we only got to use the pools once on the day that we checked in. We were asked to pay an additional R200pp if we wanted to do that, Ontop of the R2500 we paid for one night's stay which actually spoiled our stay and made the stay not worth it. . There are no notices to inform you of this and nobody tells you this when you check in - we were not the only people who thought this as this is how it usually is at places with pool facilities etc (you get to use the facilities both days of your stay). The security guard who told us we couldn't use the facilities was also not the most helpful or pleasant
