Never again. I am a 78 year old Viet Nam veteran with a 100% VA rated disability. Upon arrival we had a 3rd floor room which was fine as long as I could use the elevator. We took our luggage up and then went out to eat. When we returned the elevator wouldn't work and there were several guests waiting to get upstairs to their rooms. We were all told to "use the stairs". When my wife went to the front desk to let them know I can't do stairs she was told "well then, I don't know how he'll get to your room." That is total crap. When I said, "call your elevator company," I was told "oh, we can't call them this time of night." It was a little after 9 pm. You folks either need a new elevator company, or a 24 hour maintenance team or train your front desk staff how to reset the elevator. I finally did try the stairs, then went on my oxygen for nearly 3 hours to try to get back to normal breathing. With A O issues, heart, lung, neuropathy, diabetes,Parkinsons among other medical issues it was extremely important that the elevator was working, but not nearly so to this company. On your behalf , it was working next morning. I would neither stay at nor recommend your business to anyone.

It just needs a lot of updating. Broken trim, chipped, cracked and stained counters and cabinets. My wall had coffee or doda all down the wall and the shower curtain was covered in hair. Bed was clean.

Restaurant on the property that was very good. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Pool was not working and nobody told me when I booked. There was caution tape all over the pool area and the water looked like a sci-fi movie. Other than that, the place was clean and the service was friendly. I would stay again, just would not plan to swim.

I don’t think we will be staying here again. There were so many little things that gave me the ick. The bathroom has zero ventilation or fan or window, and it shows: floor tile damage where you step out of the shower, water damage around the shower on the walls. We brought a small fan for the counter top to help dry the bathroom. The complete lack of hooks and towel bars was weird and annoying. The ironing board smelled like puke when we used it and something in the bed smelled like dirty socks. Breakfast was decent, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at least. The side door that requires a card scan after 11 PM was never locked after 11 PM.

The staff was nice, but the place is poorly maintained. All vending machines say “do not use”, hot tub was broken, ceilings were leaking and there was visible black mold. Sinks not clean-hair in sink from previous guests.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly.

The staff was wonderful but the property was run down. The shampoo and body wash were empty in the shower, the dishes were still in the dishwasher, there was an old wrist band under the bed so I’m not sure if the room was actually cleaned between stays or not. The kitchen light didn’t work, the hot tub was out of order, there were no pool towels, and the room smelled bad when we arrived. The location was convenient for the mall of America and parking was easy but we won’t be back.

In need of a refresh. Breakfast eggs & coffee was cold
