Need to fix the broken tile in the bathroom otherwise the be a are comfortable had a good night sleep

Just in need of updates to rooms. Floor raised in bathroom and paint peeling above tub. Bed comfy, fridge cold, tv was somewhat limited and WiFi in and out. Room keys had to be redone daily through our 1 week stay! Otherwise it was good

This property was very disappointing. It was like an air b&b but cheap

Not the greatest. Our room was not very clean. Food stains on the floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous guest. Poor bathroom, holes in the wall. No towels available at the pool area.

The receptionist was exceptionally kind and courteous to us.

The shower floor looked dirty because it was rotting. Did not know we didn’t have room cleaning unless requested

GrandStay Hotel is very nice ... comfortable room and a very nice breakfast

Worst experience ever! The place is dingy and dirty. First upon check in we were sent to a room we had reserved to find someone was already in this suite. We had 3 small children with us. The desk help was not helpful in giving us a comparable room, he even had the manager on the phone. After spending about 45 minutes at the check in desk we were given a room and told we could be put into the original room we booked the next morning. When we went to the desk the next morning, they were not going to move that person out of the room and they would give us a different room to move to. It was a handicap suite with 2 bedrooms. with a shower. We needed a bathtub for the kids, but they said they didn't have anything to move us into that would be the kind of room we originally reserved. So, we took the handicap room. When opening the door to enter there was an overwhelming horrible smell! We went down to complain to no avail...they didn't even have any air fresheners. We put dryer sheets around and opened both windows. One of us woke up the next morning sick. We discovered the smell was coming from the air conditioning unit. It had to be filled with mold inside. (was not just a filter). It was awful. The rest of our stay we opened windows, turned off air, bought air fresheners. Desk help was unfriendly, although there were 2 young men one night that were polite and understanding of our frustrations. If we could have been refunded, we would have moved. One would think the manager would have come to speak to us about all the problems we encountered. Would advise you to look elsewhere.

Really enjoyed it really quiet close to other things fabulous time

Breakfast was ok. Most things were not real hot, always gone, and needed to ask to get more instead of them just checking. Rooms need a little TLC. I did, however, appreciate the bedroom being shut off from the kitchen/living room area. Need area rugs for noise absorption. Need hooks to hang jackets and hooks on the bathroom to hang towels.
