GrandStay Hotel and Conference

First off id paid for the room for my daughter and there was someone in there already we could not get the room i paid for or they told me to go find another hotel totally unacceptable will not ever stay there and the room they did give us were small and filthy and smelled. Like mold bad

I am glad they let us have an hour extension so we have more time to get ready.

Great hotel in a great location, within walking distance of bus, with an express route to Mall of America. 2 large bedrooms with a pull out couch & still enough room for an air mattress! Worked great for our family of 5 adults! Only downside was the kitchen didn't have pots & pans & it took staff quite a while to find some.

Many restaurants in the area. Convenient location.

I like how close it is to a great coffee shop (Dunn Brothers coffee).

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The room was dirty, especially the floor.

Everyone was very kind. The manager was very accommodating for my early flight in.. I would recommend 10 out of 10

We were looking for a whirlpool suite with a restaurant near by as well. This hotel fit the bill, and though our stay went well, there was room for improvement. The breakfast offered was lacking, with the juice dispenser down and therefore only milk and coffee offered. The property could use some updating, but our bed was comfy, though the frame squeaked and made noises with any movement. The whirlpool was great and had a TV nearby, though the remote only adjusted the volume and wouldn't change the channel. The a/c worked well and there was water pressure in the shower, but almost too much. Whirlpool suites can be rare, so it was worth it for that but otherwise we might choose another option.

Great! Will stay again. We were there with a big car trailer. We were able to park easily.
