GrandStay Hotel and Conference

Bed was comfortable but bathroom did not have a vanity and only light was on the sides of the mirror but completely dark in the shower.

The staff were helpful and did what we asked them to do.

Clean quiet Nice place!

Nice property and location. Came home so familiar with the area and hotel.

Guest rooms did not have any dressers as shown in all photos. There was only one luggage rack and a closet with only 2 hangers which is not suitable for an extended stay for two travelers. Pool was out of order for 9 days of 14 day stay. Front desk staff never said hello or gave any acknowledgement when entering or leaving the lobby. Breakfast area was regularly out of basic items like coffee cups and juice.

Such a nice space for a very reasonable price. Very nice breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was excellent!

very poor cleaning and nothing went well with the hotel rooms first one was dirty and doors falling off hinges second one ac broke the first 2 days and the floor was dirty yhe sink faucet was falling apart the shower was baking up and was spraying all over the place . the breakfast and coffee were cold and nasty . the guy who worked second shift on Thursday amd Friday front desk was awesome the rest of the employees acted like they were inconvenienced by guest id find somewhere else to stay for sure. oh and we had 2 autistic kids with us and guest were threatening to come to our room and start problems .

They were very short staffed. There was no one available when I arrived to check in nor when I wanted to check out. I requested a crib and it was never sent up. I asked the next person on shift and they did bring one immediately but it was broken. The room was large but the dishwasher was leaking water and no one told us- they just left a pile of towels to soak it up and never came by. We found old food under the table. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the shower made a very loud shrieking noise when it was on. There was no overhead light in the bedroom despite there being a light switch. The breakfast was decent but the eggs were cold. The hot tub in the pool area was so hot it burned you right away. All the vending machines were broken and the staff on duty said they didn't want to call the company to fix them so they put up a paper saying not to use it. There was really no one on hand to do anything. The area is really nice and there are lot of things in the area. The room is extra large and great for a family of 4. The in room jacuzzi did work.

The room itself was not bad. But the tvs weren’t working and the A/C was not working on the hottest weekend. It was 105 outside and about 85-90 inside. It was miserable.
