Lovely stay, great comfort!

Apartments that easily rival a villa environment in fit out and space however also boast being fully serviced with facilities on your doorstep. We qualified for free spa access through Hotels.com silver tier, which was fabulous - one of the best pool environments we used with large areas to relax and multiple options such as a Turkish Bath, shower experiences, hydrotherapy experience, sauna etc.

Staff were available 24hrs a day. Very welcoming. Clean in all areas.

Apartments are run down and need repaired and updated. Sink unit wasn’t level on the wall in the bathroom, curtains had holes and were grey, leather sofas cushions were sliding off the frame. Pool areas very clean and well kept and restaurants and access to facilities in Hotel were exceptional although staff were less attentive when they knew you were from apartments. Staff at apartments were very helpful.

This is our fourth visit here, but it is sad to see the whole place has become very run down. Shower pressure non existent, no shelves in shower for gel/shampoo etc, broken tiles on the floor, and a general feeling of being very uncared for. Having lived in Portugal for many years, I am very aware of Portuguese culture and speak the language. However, the attitude of the front desk staff for the apartments is very miserable. To them the customer is a nuisance. This will be our last visit, and I am disappointed that even after making a complaint, no one got back to us because they couldn't care less.

Lovely greeting on arrival very informative on the apartment and amenities. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean with good facilities. Very relaxing round the pool, comfortable sun beds which were plentiful and towels provided. Facilities available for use at the hotel but only used the gym which was very well equipped. Can’t comment on the food as we ate on the marina every night. Shuttle bus available but only took 8 passengers and 10min round trip, if you were unfortunate as we were a few times and had to wait 30min so decided uber was the best option as only 4 euro a trip. All the staff are wonderful and a credit to Hilton. Will definitely book again if looking for accommodation in Vilamoura and I highly recommend the apartments.

Excellent room with great space and facilities for a small family. Pool, gym and spa all first class! Breakfast good if you come early, little bit of improvement could be made for those arrive late morning. Egg station is to die for though!

Apartment really nice and bright with plenty of sunshine. All staff very helpful and accommodating from housekeeping to reception. Great to have breakfast at Hilton each day- only slight criticism is that pools could be heated- very cold!

All the staff were amazing and super helpful they couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was very spacoous, comfortable, clean and very well equipped.
